Housing and Meals
Campers will have the opportunity to stay on the campus of the nationally acclaimed Harvard Business school, located across the street from the Harvard athletic complex. Campers will be able to walk between the gym and dormitory in 5 minutes. Meals will be provided beginning with dinner on Friday night and concluding with breakfast on Sunday morning.
The dorm rooms are air conditioned and bed Linens are provided.
Transportation to/from Boston’s Logan Airport is offered for campers only. Due to NCAA rules, the fee for airport transportation is $20 each way or $40 roundtrip.
A Harvard Staff member will pick up campers in need of transportation at their respective airline’s curbside pickup. Please arrange for your flight to arrive on Fri, 6/16 between 10:00-1:00 PM.
Campers will be dropped off curbside in front of their designated airline. Please arrange for your flight to depart on Sun, 6/18 between 2:00-5:00 PM.

From the West
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike east to Exit 18 (Allston/Cambridge).After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston. Turn right at second set of lights onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile and enter through Gate 8 on the left.
From the North
Take I-93 south to Storrow Drive exit. Take Storrow Drive west for approximately five miles. Exit at Harvard Square/North Harvard Street. At top of exit, turn left onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile and enter through Gate 8 on the right.
From the South
Take I-95 north to I-93 north. Follow I-93 until Exit 20 (Massachusetts Turnpike). Take Mass. Pike west to Exit 20 (Allston/Cambridge). After paying toll, bear left at fork towards Allston.
Turn right at second set of lights onto North Harvard Street. Proceed approximately one mile and enter Gate 8 on the left.
The Red Line subway stops at Harvard Square. The Soldiers Field Complex is a 10-minute walk from the square, down JFK St. and over the Charles River. Several bus routes make stops at Harvard Square as well. The 66 and 86 routes include stops on North Harvard Street in front of the Athletic Complex.
Refunds minus the deposit will be given provided the request for cancellation comes in writing by May 22, 2017
